Congratulations to our Company Section who won the Battalion Elementary Drill Cup this month. This competition is only in its second year and it was a great performance from the 7 boys, particularly Ben Anderson who was giving the commands for the first time. Well done guys!
Massive congratulations also go to our Junior Section on winning the Battalion Physical Activity Trophy for the first time in their history! Well done to all the boys and staff for their fantastic efforts - well deserved!
All sections of the Company attended a film night at Cumbernauld Theatre for our Christmas outing, where they were able to enjoy a private showing of Home Alone.

The Company are pleased to announce that Mr Robert McIntosh, a previous longstanding officer in our Company Section and an Honorary Vice-President of our Company, has agreed to take on the role of Honorary President of our Company. We would like to thank Robert for his ongoing support and commitment to our Company, and wish him every success in the role.

It has been great to see all sections of our Company returning for the session ahead. While we have a few new members, there is always room for more and you will receive a warm welcome at 7th Coatbridge. Best wishes to all members for a successful session, with a particular mention of the 6 boys who are currently working towards their Queen's Badge.
It is with great sadness that the Company announce the death over the last few months of 2 of our longstanding members and supporters, Mrs Elizabeth Martin and David Allan. Both gave great service to the Company over many years, Betty as Leader-in-Charge of our Junior Section and recently as Honorary President of our Company, and Davie as Officer-in-Charge of the Company Section and an Honorary Vice-President. Both will be sadly missed and our thoughts are with both families as we enter the new session.
